Order custom decorated cakes, cupcakes and treats
Custom decorated cakes must be placed as far in advance as possible; at least 3-4 weeks. I do my best to accommodate last-minute custom orders, but I cannot guarantee availability.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of placing any custom order, with final payment due fourteen (14) days prior to the order date. In the event of cancellation, after the ten day deadline, these monies are forfeit (and cannot be credited toward future bakery purchases). Notification of cancellation must be made fifteen (15) or more days prior to the order date to receive a refund of monies paid. If your custom order is made less than fourteen (14) days in advance, the total amount is due immediately. If the final payment is not made by this date, the order is considered canceled.
